I said I would be committed on 1/3/08 and I have done great since then. I'm down 2.4 lb and am really looking forward to getting healthy. My problem is finding time to exercise. How do you get that foot into the sneaker to go out for a walk? After I'm out walking, or exercising to a WW dvd, I'm fine. It's just getting past that first hurdle of getting the shoes on.
