First off, slight headache with runny nose and congestion behind eyes again this morning. It is interesting to note that now that I am off the antibiotics some of my symptoms are back. Not sure what that means. I ignored the headache and once I was up for a little bit it went away immediately.
Awoke with more energy today, although a bit sore. Decided not to take the Omega 3 pill this morning as I believe it is contributing to the indigestion. Off Atkins, but slowly transitioning by keeping all meals basically the same but adding a grain in the morning with breakfast. Exercise is getting more intensive as well, made good progress. Finally regular! Gonna keep taking fiber supplements and eating fiber in my day. Projects are all progressing well, too.
