So I had a migraine yesterday, I think due to wearing my contacts on Tuesday. They were scratching my eyes like crazy all day that day and I went to bed with a slight headache from it, I should have taken something right away I suppose, but I didn't. I awoke with my eyes hurting, swollen, and a full on migraine. Made Tyson run to the store to get Aleve since we were all out, then took my "sledgehammer" and went back to bed. Got up around 11AM finally feeling sluggish. Whole day was somewhat messed up as far as scheduling went after that, but still managed to be fairly productive in spite of that. Anyhow, my weight is back up. It is kind of frustrating since I have spent so much time trying to stick to Atkins, but I am back to the basics again today. No more bars, and recording all I eat, and exercising and being very strict on carbs. Also gonna bulk up on fiber. I am seriously constipated on this medicine and with this diet, so I am going to toughen up and make sure I stick to the plan as I started 3 weeks ago. Time to get serious and refocus again!!
Also, exercise is ESSENTIAL!!
