I am pleased to have maintained at 122 lbs this week. I am hoping the 5:2 way of eating is my way forward, allowing me treats/eating out as and when!!
Last night we met friends and ate out. I had the lamb shank, which was lovely, and a pint of lager!!
Compensated today with a fairly good walk (between 8 and 9 miles) along country lanes and public footpaths around nearby villages. Bit dull and overcast, but nevertheless very enjoyable. Only encountered one other walker, a man with a delightful 10 week old black labrador!🐾🐾 Lots of sheep, horses and cows!🐏 🐑🐎🐎🐄🐄

Be careful if walking through a field containing cows. And as JockoT says "no gain, no pain"

We didn't enter the fields with animals in, just admired them from the lanes 😀
