I think what they say is true; that when you log in your food, you certainly tend to eat less. I have tried not logging in my food lately with the notion that I, by now, should have a good grasp on what to eat but I'm up a few pounds so I really need to get back to being specific about what I am eating. I certainly have changed my overall eating habits for the good, but I can see that I will gain if I am not careful.

Here we go again......this journey is long.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Go man go! I'm so thankful for the tools here. You've done great so far - eventually it'll be second nature right? But the tools are available so use em if you need em.
