This is my first actual weigh in. The 177 lbs weight I put in at start up was an estimate based on a previous weigh in of my own. Hey at least I've gone down! lol. Yesterday I did pretty well. It's tough when you work 10 hour days and you have to work in quick foods on breaks. I did get in a 30 min walk on my hour long lunch though. That helped. I need to get into the gym though.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
