i had a hard week this week. i feel so hungary all the time since i started weight watchers. but i lost 2 pound but i eat all the time but i also stay in my daily points. but im not eating healthy some one help me.
125.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 57.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It's actually a good thing to eat every 2 or 3 hours. You shouldn't be starving though. Try to get plan your eating to include more protein. Eat lots of fruit and veggies! You also have 35 flex points which are a part of the plan. If you are hungry, use some of the flex. Many people find they lose more when they use flex. Get rid of most of the junk in your house if it is causing you to eat it. If it's not there, you will be more inclined to reach for something healthier. Remember, it takes time to change the way we eat and live. You will become more accustomed to less food. Take it one day at a time. If you are still having difficulty in a couple of weeks, you might try the core plan. Good luck!

Suzi offered alot of great suggestions. I'm with her, use your flex points! I've been hungrier than usual this week as well. I just keep eating more veggies and fruits and drink more water. If that doesn't cure me I then reach into my flex points(I notice I definitely lose more when I use those). Keep up the good work, it will pay off!
