It's actually a good thing to eat every 2 or 3 hours. You shouldn't be starving though. Try to get plan your eating to include more protein. Eat lots of fruit and veggies! You also have 35 flex points which are a part of the plan. If you are hungry, use some of the flex. Many people find they lose more when they use flex. Get rid of most of the junk in your house if it is causing you to eat it. If it's not there, you will be more inclined to reach for something healthier. Remember, it takes time to change the way we eat and live. You will become more accustomed to less food. Take it one day at a time. If you are still having difficulty in a couple of weeks, you might try the core plan. Good luck!
