Ugh, can't believe the weight loss is going so slow. I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week. Cardio and lifting on alternate days. smdh.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
