Not happy with my diet performance. But I have been upping the exercise. I need to get back on track with my eating. I was on the eliptical for 50 minutes last night, played soccer on Saturday and walked on Wednesday. So it appears to be offsetting the piece of pizza I had for dinner on Tuesday :). I rarely allow myself to eat Pizza Hut cheese Pizza. It was a nice treat.
