I am proud of myself. I did not cheat on Thanksgiving. Everyone else was gobbling up all kinds of food while I ate my own dishes that I made. It didnt bother me at all. So Ive been doing very well.

131.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
