Woop woop another drop - not bad for pushing myself over the past 6 days.Been trying to eat 1200-1400 calories a day...doing a 20-30 minutes DVD exercise before work and walking/jogging every evening to get 12-15000 steps a day. Just 1.5kg to go to hit my month end goal of 95kg.
