Well, I stuck to it 100% and did a cardio aerobics session, but didn't manage to lose that extra 0.5lb I needed to achieve that next 1/2 stone goal in time for my birthday today. I got on and off those scales at least 10 times, but they just wouldn't shift! :(
Oh well, it shouldn't be too long now - only a few more pounds to go and I'll merely be overweight and not obese, woohoo!
I've had a reasonable day diet-wise, although a friend came over this morning with some hand-baked ginger biscuits that it would have been rude to turn down, and we will be having pizza tonight, despite my best intentions to get my husband to cook a nice healthy meal. He was just so unenthusiastic about it, and I felt a bit bad depriving him of our usual birthday treat meal out at our favourite Italian restaurant! Still, it's just one day and I'll be back on it again tomorrow. I'm also spending the day shopping with my mum tomorrow, so will burn loads of calories with all that walking!! :)
