One day in and still full of the joys of New Year. Found it ridiculously easy to get back into the habit of weighing and measuring, although I caught myself pouring milk straight from the bottle for one cup of tea (called myself an idiot and poured a similar amount out of my allowance back into the bottle - no harm done).
It was an easy first day in, because I've refined this diet over the years, so I have more calories at the weekend. So I counted it as a 'normal' Sunday to ease myself back into it and now I'm well-up for four days of fewer calories to save up for next weekend.
I know this can confuse your metabolic rate, but if I've learned anything in over thirty years of yo-yo dieting, you have to do what works for you. So I ruddy well will. ;)
