My Notes to finish off for this year. My first weigh in this year on the 7th Jan 2016 was 73.6kg. I finish my last weight in today at 73kg. (I didn't manage to reach my goal of 78kg which is a shame, but I'm still happy).
I guess sometimes we have to question, what are we doing wrong, or even, what "aren't" we doing right...
The fact that we all care about our health/bodies/attitudes helps us maintain a level head and stay positive.
On that note, Here's to a healthy 2017. Might as well have some fun in trying to reach our target weights :)
