Total Disclosure. After years of up and down, I opted to have a gastric sleeve procedure on 12/12.

105.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg. Still to go: 19.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.9 kg a Week

If it works and you get healthy in my book that it all that counts. I have been thinking about having one but can't afford the co-pay yet.
