The scale is sooooooooooo hating festive season,lol...too many parties, baby showers and weddings,smh. I need a new game plan if I will survive this month...so back to the 4:3 meal plan...with 30 minutes of exercise at least 3-4 times a week...surely I can drop 5 by Christmas
