I'm still finding it really hard to get back on track, eating badly and dodging the scales. I am worrying that this may have come back to bite me. I had not checked my blood sugar levels in months (I am a diabetic) and took some readings yesterday to find ridiculously high numbers, way higher than I normally get. Just to add to this aggravation, my blood sugar meter seems to be malfunctioning and I can't get a reading this morning, leaving me wondering whether yesterday's weird readings were due to me or the meter. (Almost new meter, shouldn't fall over) Argggghh!
