super!! i feel like if the scale doesnt show at least a pound loss after the week i have had, i am gonna tear my hair out. i have been very disciplined in food and exercise and water so there should only be a loss! you did great!! on the breakfast thing..i really really like the new quaker oatmeal that are "adult" flavors and called simple harvest..my fave is the honey almond vanilla. u could try it and see what ya thing...high fiber and really yummy....a bowl is 3 points and very filling. let me know what you think! =)
