Bro minta saran, skrng gw susah turunnya alias stack ..kira2 bagusnya apa ya? Gym sdh rata2 3x seminggu, mkn nasi siang .. apgi dan sore jus dan susu ptotein. Thnx mungkin ada prngalaman

@Ingewwaluh kurangin makan nasi ganti dngan perbanxak makan ubi telo singkong pisang pepaya sayur tahu putih jangan makan yg trbuat dari terigu seperti mie kurangin makan yg manis dn yg brminxa coba slama 3bulan
