Alright, I'll admit it. I haven't been doing Atkins at all for the past month or so. In good news, I only gained back 5 pounds from my lowest weight, and I've been holding steady. I don't have the energy to put into the diet right now, so I'm going to hold off a little longer. I'll go back eventually, but for now I just need to focus on other things in my life that are more important. I'm still eating healthy, but I'm not avoiding carbs like the plague anymore.

Good For You! You are at the place that you are comfortable w/yourself and that is good! Even though you know there is room for improvement, weight wise, you know where your priorites lie! I'm happy for you to say the least... You seem to be a smart girl who knows what she wants and how to get it so keep on girl! You've got nothing but time! I wish you all the happiness in anything you do.. and the weight will come off when you are ready.. who knows, you could start to eventually drop off a few by not stressin' over it all the time! Glad to see your journal though, now I know you didn't fall off the map, LOL....
