Starting to notice a plateu..it might be weeks until I see a loss, or just a short time. I will not let this allow me to justify a cheat. Excess carbs are not going to be the reason for a downfall; patience always pays off in the end.
Summer is almost here, & a set-back will mean I go thru this summer fat and miserable, while my friends enjoy outings on the beach...
I refuse to be left behind due to embarrassing weight issues, because I lost control over food. Food will not win...food is meant to keep me alive, not keep me a prisoner of my own gluttony. Nothing can possibly taste as good as being thin feels![while taking a glance at my behind in the mirror].
