Thank you Leksie and Black Bee. I am very excited to have lost 35kg in 7 months. No diet has ever worked so well for me. Keto/Banting/LCHF rocks.And i'm thoroughly enjoying my food in the process, and at the gym 3-5 days a week and doing 16/8 everyday.
