OMG I really thought I did badly over christmas and the festive season but no a new low weight in. First bit of good news for the new year.

97.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg. Still to go: 29.2 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Losing 1.2 kg a Week
