Made it through the holidays ok! Had a great get-away with our adult kids and their significant others. I DID eat some goodies, but kept watch over myself so I didn't totally fall off the wagon. I did work out and run while we were there and cut calories/carbs in my meals.

Really looking forward to the return to my disciplined routine! Blessings all.....
81.6 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know what you mean about the routine. I do great when I am home and all is normal. Mess up my routine and it messes everything up from my eating to my exercising.
