Yesterday was a great workout day...but otherwise it was a miserable day...some one hacked into my email account and stole all of my contacts and lets just say was a night mare...any way I spent most of the day fixing it and being stressed out to the max...

As a result I worked out a tremendous amount and then I ate poorly and drank very little water and this morning I woke up with a massive headache...that I am still fighting...

I am determined to work out before the day is over!
59.8 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
