Almost down to the lowest point I reached in March. If I wasn't going away this week, I think I'd be looking forward to seeing some real progress at last! Hopefully this will encourage me not to eat TOO much this week.
I checked my measurements this morning, as I've been feeling that my body has been changing shape a little, and that I look slimmer generally, even though I haven't actually lost weight since March. Here are the results:
Chest was 40" last August, 39" in December, now 38".
Waist was 36" last August, 33" in December, now 32.5".
Hips were 42" last August, 40.5" in December, now 38.5".
Very pleased with that! Surprised to find I didn't record measurements since December, but I think they weren't changing significantly. I did record some body fat measurements later, but don't have the callipers with me - will have to wait till I get back to Spain to check that.

Fantastic measurements and weight! So you don't have to wait until you get back to Spain to use your caliphers I'll mail you mine, however, I must warn you that they appear to be broken in that they have not moved in a while.... :D Miss y'all!

Lol@Scalewatcher! I might try and get some callipers on Tuesday, as we're going into town. I'm quite excited to see the readings! However, there a good chance I'll be disappointed, so I'm also prepared to wait a while if necessary... Missing you too, it's a shame we don't live nearer!
