God I love surprise weight loss! Here I was all depressed and down and thinking I gained a pound. I think I need to stop being so obsessive over weighing myself, it's right there in the bathroom so I'm tempted to step on it then just get down if I don't.

I'm bad about the scale too....I could make an exercise out of jumping on and off the thing. But congrats on the loss! It's always exciting to see lower numbers on it.

Well done - it always great when that happens! I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to getting on the scales - in fact, I know when I've been bad, because that's when I'm too scared to weigh myself! Stick with it! :)
