Started my peiod, feeling blah and gained two pounds. It shouldn't suprise me since I have definitely done some mindless eating and ignored my hunger cues. Overeating just kills me. I lose my focus, eat off my children's plates and take a few extra bites. I also hate not being in tune with my body and my hunger cues. It makes you feel puney and I desire that "Oh, I am hungry feeling" and the "I am satisfied feeling." Overeating makes me feel full and lose the concept of what I just ate and the satisfaction of the food. Okay, get a grip. Forgive me Lord, for being so selfish with food and eating more than what I need. On the other hand, I did run 4.6 miles last week.
