Gains are part of the journey Nicholet0723!The hardest part is keeping motivated when you "fall"....and getting back on that horse. Just take a deep breath, let go of the gain(past) and focus on what you can change...make your next meal/day better than your last. I agree with Nicki and know it is hard to stay focused but this is a super site and with buddies like these it just makes it so much easier - I would not have made it so far without each and everybody's help support and input :) THANKS to each and everyone who make this site a great one
