Dammit! Well that wasn't supposed to happen! :D Guess eating a whole pizza (yes yes I know) and cheescake and a cappuccino wasn't the best idea, nor the cheese I've had this weekend....all stuff I wasn't having while fasting.
Although, my muscle has also dropped, which is weird considering I did parkrun and a 3 hour gym session yesterday - maybe a false reading today! ;-)
