Well, I think it's time to move onto Phase 2. I'm not losing really fast, but I'm still inching down, and my body is feeling much better (which is what really counts!) I do need to get more active, I think that would have a significant effect...but it looks like we're moving in a week or so..that maybe something I'll add once we get whereever we're going...for now, healthy eating will be enough of a challenge!
