Hey FS, I am back. Thanks Jim and Carmen for your inbox messages to me. You took that extra time to reach out and it really means a lot. Sooo... I am 25 days away from my 1st 1/2 marathon and not sure how ready I am because my training has been inconsistent. A lot has taken place in the last 35 days since I was plugged into FS. Wife had to leave her job and is now taking a mandatory 8 week course. At its completion, she has to study and get certified in preparation for nursing school in the fall. My 1st son graduated from HS and both he and my wife will be going to the same college at the same time this fall. I was in 4 week corporate step challenge for charity an averaged 15K steps daily. One work day during this challenge, I logged over 41K steps. That day started at 3AM and ended at 11 PM. That was a long day. I haven't been pigging out and weight only crept up a little since my step competition ended 12 days back. Logging, supporting and being supported by my FS family will get me back to loosing again. Life is starting to get back to normal again and weight will be down in no time.
