I admit it. I cheated last night. :(

I got stressed with running errands, and I had a diet soda, which led to 2 more. I usually don't drink any soda at all on the diet. Then my beef for my stir fry wasn't thawed enough, so I waited and just fed the kids, which of course means later I snacked instead of making a real meal. I had ritz crackers with amer cheese and pepperoni. Then I had a couple of chocolates. This morning I have had my coffee, but then I am going to make today one more good day before I take the weekend off and start again on Monday.
59.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
