I was going to wait until June 3 to weigh in...but there it was...the scale... staring at me in my closet! (LikeCHUCKY) I've been trying to track my monthly losses instead of torturing myself with the daily scale flucuations. It's moving in the right direction. OOoooH! I see more exercise in my future! It is getting easier to move!

Hey JP! Most of my current exercise involves heavy gardening..digging, lifting and so forth...but I did buy a nice resistance machine. Got any suggestions on a routine? It is a Vigorfit.
