Good Friday. A three day weekend for me. Plans for me time today. An hour at the range followed by a Costco run. Down 3+ pounds. I went ahead and recorded it. Thinking about what to bring for dessert tomorrow. There are no foods that will be good for me, so I need to get creative. Wrestling with buying something or baking something. Maybe I will research. Keep thinking about what you can do every day to make it better for you. After all, you are your own goose whose golden eggs represent your future.
