Had two parties this week; one wedding with amazing food and desserts and a party yesterday with every kind of temptation available. I was totally in control; didn't have any food cravings; I had prepared my meals ahead of time, had eaten a good breakfast, so I was ready for the battle and I won! Yay!
94.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
