Phase 1 would be Zero Tolerance on bad carbs for two weeks. That sounds right for me too.

Thank you for the suggestion. What i did for pizza during phase 2 was making it with pita bread :D I read a recepie on the site that involved eggs and cream cheese (interesting combination...) for the crust, and it had great reviews so im going to give it a try.

If you want pizza make yourself Chicken Capri from the SBD cookbook. It's got the sauce & cheese. I think the recipe is posted- check it out.

Ok its now 8:53pm and I am starving and feeling cranky and... this just seems more difficult than last time i went on phase 1. hmm... i really did let the bad carbs come back into my diet.

I have the Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pita but, even the white, unleavened wheat pita gets a (G)ood on both Phase 2 and Phase 3 so you had a pretty good solution right there.

You are letting yourself get hungry? EAT!! The allowed foods may not be what you're craving, but they'll fill your tummy...and you'll feel much better for it. For me, a diet will NEVER work if I am starving. Plus, SB is supposed to be about changing, not just losing weight.

I was at work and had no access to food :) But i discovered Soy Milk and find it lovely so will bring some to work today.
