Not got body measurements today giving it a miss this week A) cant find a moment alone with my partner never mind get measured did weigh-in not lost any really not surprised not followed my diet yesterday or well over the week not done any exercise either. I expect the same next week 2 as long as I don't gain it Ill be happy.
Body fat = 49%
water = 40.2%
98.2 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

sometimes u have to put the weight thing on the back burner to work on personal life.i hope u two have worked things out.try to eat as best u can.u can get back to exercising when things go back to normal.i have faith in u.
