Maintaining!! Great job, living real life and still in the "2 pound window", I just re-read the post from late last year re 95% of people who lose weight, gain it all back and some even gain more. Maintenance is definitely doable but also nothing to be taken for granted...one has to make sure that what ever they do works for them (and we are all unique) in everyday life. For me it is two things: Firstly I am not on a diet, sure I watch quantities, make some decisions about what I will eat and won't eat every day, that doesn't mean I can't have an extra helping of pie or a glass (or more) of wine, but for sure it means as a lifestyle I need to eat less fuel than my body burns on a daily basis or I'm going to store fat. Secondly, I try to make each day calorie negative (doesn't always work out in real life), for sure each week calorie negative and FOR SURE each month calorie negative. If I go berserk and have a piece and a half of my wife's home made pie (it was delicious) with ice cream, celebrating a birthday...I make allowances shortly thereafter with increased fat burning cardio time and reduced eating on following days (see last three days' food logs, lol). That has worked for me (probably won't work for everyone) and I KNOW I can sustain it. Annemarie, you are doing great, keep on your path...sorry for the long post, take care!!

Oh ya, Sunday the sixth, 1016 calories for 1.5 pieces of pie & 1 cup ice cream...I also log exactly (as best I can) everything I eat, along with my exercise, otherwise I'll never really know where I'm at each day, week, month.
