30/30 intervals doing a circuit of 10 exercises for 30 sec with 30 secs jogs in between for a total of 10 mins 1. lunges with side twist 2. T planks 3. Y squats 4. side plank with arm twist 5. mountain climbers 6. bridge with reach repeat from top from 1- 4
Cool down and stretching for 7 mins
