It's not that I ate more than I should have; it's more that I was just too lazy to eat right. This cold kicked my butt over the weekend. I skipped my scheduled workout on Saturday. Sunday was a "rest" day, but I got caught up thsi morning. So, I am back on track with my running program, and today I am back on track with my diet. Still got the cold, but I've transitioned from the nose faucet scenario to the coughing.
