back pain is back so im not going to work out till i get this settled. Leaving work early today to go to chiropractor bc I cant even wake up in the am now with out icing down my lower back. Its insane and its depressing me. Im used to being mobile and on the go all the time and when I worked out Saturday,I almost died. SOO im doing cardio only in the form of brisk walking on treadmill until i feel better. Im going to need to rely on diet more then ever this week. Im actually looking forward to the visit this afternoon. A good adjustment always feels great!. SO when life gives you lemons....... I decided to cook up a storm and have some pork chops in the slow cooker and a nice kale soup cooking now for breakfast/lunch. Hey, at least I can catch up on my shows this week with all the rest LOL .. Stay active my friends !

Sorry to hear that. But cardio is good. Maybe ease up on whatever exercise is giving you the problem?

No workout harder than walk until your issue is resolved! If it hurts DO NOT KEEP DOING IT. Use the time to focus on your food intake and sharpen your resolve to eat right

thanks everyone.. I plan to take it easy. Its so annoying though bc Im def very active and not being able to bend over to pick a sock is killing me LOL .. meh.
