I've been doing everything right so it's really frustrating not to get a better result. I had expected to be to under 64 by this point so I'm feeling a bit low. Will regroup and keep going, I know I can get there. I just have to be patient.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
