Tuesdays sure come quickly these days. I used to enjoy Mondays and Wedenesdays and Thursdays...but now seems like my weeks go by in successions of TUESDAY TUESDAY TUESDAY. You might have guessed, it is my weigh-in day. I lost 3.6 lbs which is awesome. However, I need to tweak a bit to get up to 3.75 which hopefully now that I've been able to increase the duration and intensity of my workouts I can do. I have 4 more weigh-ins before October 31st and my goal is to go under 200 by 10/31. So I either need a "big" week or I need to shave off 3.75 lbs per week. I think adding one more day of exercise could work. We'll see! It's just more compelling for me when I have a concrete, short-term goal.
