Down 6.5 pounds this week YAY.. I know it's a lot and has to do with my body adjusting but I'm happy with it. :)
I haven't exercised like I should and I think this will be as much a hurtle as my chocolate addiction.
I think I got the water thing down pat. Well almost... I have to learn to drink it not so close to bedtime. I end up making more bathroom runs then I should.
I'm learning through trial and error and that's okay. I'm proud of what I did this week even if I did make a couple of bad choices this week.
I did make a few good buddies here this time which I'm thankful for. They will definitely help in my journey..
PS.. I was going to attempt a walk with my crazy dog today but low and behold it would be today that the rain would start. I hope it doesn't go on and on and on. Last year we got LOTS of rain before the snow hit.. Gonna do an exercise dvd I've had for about 4 yrs but never tried.. :)If you don't hear from me for awhile call 911 cuz chances are I fell and couldn't get back up lol

Nice! Well done! A few steps in the right direction is a great start! I too have been a chocaholic, and trust me, after a while it's not that hard to just say no. Once you realize how many calories you have in those things you'll not want them any longer. :)

Not want chocolate??? Is there such a thing? lol
I want to succeed and I think the buddies I did find will help cuz it keeps me coming back to see what they have to say. And while I'm here I browse some posts, Log some food in etc....
Most days I just leave the window open while I'm working so it's a constant reminder sitting right there.. :)

Awesome! See all that exercise running to the bathroom paid off LOL! It really helps motivate you, doesn't it, when you see that evil scale move on down? I bought one of those mini trampolines and I enjoy it. We need the rain here, haven't had any for weeks (Kansas).

I am pretty clumsy and anything that bounces is a bad idea... lol
I'm in Eastern Canada so this rain usually hits us right before the really cold weather comes and blankets us with snow... Gets mighty chilling here at -40 with wind chill.. BRRRRRRRRRRr not looking forward to that.. haha

Okay, you win on the cold! After realizing I jumped all over on my last post. I was thinking in my head... I won't do those DVD's, so I bought a trampoline. My boys love it, especially during the winter months, gets them moving since they don't go outside in the cold, unless it snows. It's really not bad, only 8-10 inches off the ground, but everything, and I mean everything, goes up and down. :P
