I understand how you feel but any loss is movement in the right direction and gets you closer to your goal - a win :) I worry so much about sodium - my fav lunch is a grilled chix salad from Zaxby's but I nearly had a heart-attack when I checked the nutrition info and saw how much sodium is in it. My center said since it is my fav, to drink extra water those days, especially while eating the higher sodium meal. I drink so much water and seltzer some days I feel like I'm drowning!! I think you are doing great and offer great support and advice on this site.
