Please don't forget sometimes the positive results comes when we use a tape measure instead of stepping on the scale I wish I had thought to get my initial measurements all I know is that I've gone through three belts now so even when I reach those plateaus I don't lose confidence and I try to remember that the body's trying to do things in a strange way
