I wasn't going to weigh myself until tomorrow since I switched my weigh in day to HUMP DAY, but the next 3 days will be quite busy and I won't have a scale. So I lost 1.2 pounds since my last weigh in so that's cool; more than I expected.
Hope you all are doing well. Remember as I remind myself often, keep the focus on the long term goal, not the short term fix.
