I weighed myself this morning, and I only lost a half a pound this past week. I was kind of disappointed because I was so good at sticking to my diet (with the exception of eating some cashews last night - had to have some). I didn't lose much weight, but I'm still losing inches. I guess I'm in the plateau stage. Got to stay strong and hang in there. Hopefully, the pounds will soon fall off!!! Off to work out ladies! Hi, it's the inches, not the weight:)) Have you tried adding one friendly carb, ie sweet potato, or peas?

Slow and steady wins the race, as they say. At least you are still losing inches which is great. Smaller is better!

I eat sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables which include peas. I absolutely LOVE EATING THEM for dinner!!! Can't seem to stay away from the cashews though! Since I ate some last night, they've been calling my name!!! HELP!!!! I haven't eaten any yet, but I'm close to it!
