167lbs. I almost didn't expect it but I'm grateful. I'm leaving myself in "maintenance" on profile but I'm doing my modified version of it and using some of the added foods for "cheat" days. SO like instead of straight up eating all those new fruits and veggies, Ill use them like once a week and in moderation so not really cheating but just eating outside my plan but doing allowed foods.. For example, maybe add a half a banana once a week or some pineapple or tomato juice and continue how I was before I added it all in. Lesson learned, I may have just found my threshold. I report back next week to share how its going. Thanks buddies for helping me thru this hump.

Congrats on the loss. A key thing for each of us is figuring out what we need to do to keep on the journey from here on out and finding a way of eating/living that we can maintain. You're doing just what you need to do.

Nice drop! I don't call them "cheat" days as that sounds like you're doing something bad. I like to refer to them as re-feeds or off diet days. That way they sound planned which they are.

Lovin' the loss. Also lovin' the fact that your idea of "cheating" is to eat fresh fruit. Not candy, not cookies, not pasta, but healthy & natural food that will in all likelihood become part of your normal diet once you've reached Thin. Way to set an example for other FS posters and your family.
